Do I take insurance?
No. I am an out-of-network cash-based provider. I can offer superbills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. This allows me to work with you one-on-one for the full time we are scheduled and offer individualized, effective, and empathetic care.
Who do I work with?
I work with all gender identities and sexes above the age of 18.
What do I treat?
My skill set and experience allows me to work with a wide range of concerns from "I want to learn more about my body" to "I am in pain, help!". As a physical therapist and pelvic health specialist, I specialize in bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction. As a movement expert, I can offer injury prevention, strength and mobility training, and orthopedic-minded care, rehab or training that is individualized to your movement goals from yoga and gym to combat sports.
What does it cost to work with you?
My rate for an initial evaluation (60 minutes) is $275 and follow-ups (50 minutes) is $250.
15 minute discovery calls/phone consults are free.
My home visit travel fee is $100 (travel fees are not reimbursable by insurance).
It is important you get the care you need and deserve. If these rates are a barrier to care, communicate this with me at the time of consultation and/or initial evaluation.
